The service center dashboard: invite your team, track voice hours, manage seats, and handle billing.

Admin Training Video

A guided tour of the service center dashboard — team, hours, and billing in one walkthrough.

Who this is for & how to get there

The Service Center dashboard is for shop owners and admins. Open the menu and choose Dashboard under Service Center (technicians see their own workspace instead). Everything below lives in one tabbed screen.

Note: on the iPhone app, the Billing and Hardware tabs are hidden per App Store rules — manage those from the web app at your computer.

Overview — your shop at a glance

The landing tab. Four cards summarize your plan, your team seats, your voice-hour pool, and your prepaid overage hours, with clear banners the moment anything needs attention.

Plan — Your plan name, billing status, monthly cost, per-seat price, and where you are in the current billing period.
Team — Seats filled vs. total, how many are still available, and how many invitations are pending.
Subscription Hours — Voice minutes used vs. included this period, with a color-coded bar (green, then amber past 70%, red past 90%) and your reset date.
Prepaid Overage Hours — Any hour-blocks you've bought that never expire, plus the Auto-purchase toggle (see Billing).
Smart banners — Usage warnings at 75% and 90%, and a paused-voice banner if the pool empties with auto-purchase off — so nothing catches you by surprise.

Usage — where your hours go

The analytics tab. See exactly how your shop is consuming voice minutes over the billing period and which technicians are driving it.

Period selector — Jump between the current billing period and prior months to compare.
Summary cards — Hours used, your included pool, any overage used, and a projected end-of-period total once the period is underway.
Daily usage vs. pool — A day-by-day chart of included vs. overage minutes with a running cumulative line and a red line marking your pool ceiling.
Usage by technician — A ranked bar chart of hours per tech, with session counts on hover — spot your heaviest and lightest users instantly.

Team — invite and manage your people

Everything about the humans in your shop: admins, technicians, invitations, and per-tech usage. Admins don't consume a technician seat; only technicians do.

Invite technicians — Send an email (and optional text) invite. Each pending tech invite reserves a seat until it's accepted or it expires after 7 days.
Invite admins — Add other managers with full admin access. Admins are free — they don't use a technician seat.
Remind & revoke — Nudge anyone who hasn't accepted with a one-tap "Remind," or revoke an invite to free the seat back up.
Per-technician usage — See each tech's minutes this cycle inline, and open "History" for their last several billing periods.
Seat utilization — A live count of occupied vs. available seats, with an "Add Seats" shortcut when you're running low.
Potential members — Technicians who named your shop when they signed up show up here, ready to invite in one tap.
Remove members — Remove a technician to free their seat; they revert to a personal account.

Billing — seats, hours, and payment

Manage your subscription, buy more capacity, and keep payment current. (On the iPhone app this tab is hidden per App Store rules — use the web app at your computer for billing.)

Subscription details — Seats, pooled hours, monthly cost, and your next billing date in one card.
Add seats = add hours — The seat worksheet lets you raise your seat count; more seats means a bigger pooled-minutes allowance, with automatic volume discounts at 10, 20, and 30+ seats. You'll see a prorated preview before you confirm.
Buy hours manually — Top up right now with a prepaid hour-block (charged to your card on file). These minutes never expire and stack on your pool.
Auto-purchase overage hours — The automatic-topup toggle: turn it on and ONRAMP buys the next hour-block for you the moment your pool runs dry, so voice never gets paused mid-shift. Turn it off to control every purchase manually.
Payment method — View saved cards and update them through the secure Stripe billing portal ("Manage Cards" / "Stripe Portal").
Billing history — Every invoice, with amounts, status, and a link to the hosted receipt.
Cancel or reactivate — Request cancellation (access continues to period end) or reactivate a scheduled cancellation anytime.

Hardware — your Brain Buttons

Track orders for Brain Buttons and accessories: order date, total, status, and tracking. (Also hidden on the iPhone app — order hardware from the web app.)

Order history — Every hardware order with its status (pending, delivered, or cancelled) and a tracking link when it ships.

Quick answers

Invite a technician
Team tab → "Invite Technician." Enter their email (and optional phone). It reserves a seat until they accept.
Invite another admin
Team tab → "Invite Admins." Admins get full access and don't use a technician seat.
Resend / remind an invite
Team tab → find the pending invite → tap "Remind." Revoke with the trash icon to free the seat.
Check one tech's hours
Team tab → their row shows minutes this cycle; tap "History" for prior periods. The Usage tab ranks all techs together.
See the shop's hours pool
Overview → "Subscription Hours" card (used vs. included). The Usage tab breaks it down by day and by tech.
Add more hours
Billing tab → "Buy Hours Manually" for an instant prepaid block, or add seats in the seat worksheet to raise your monthly pool.
Turn on automatic top-ups
Billing (or Overview) → "Auto-purchase overage hours." On = ONRAMP buys the next block automatically so voice never pauses.
Update your card
Billing tab → "Manage Cards" / "Stripe Portal" to add or change your payment method securely.
