Plans come with blocks of hours, but time is tracked in minutes against the usage pool for an individual technician or a service center.

SOC 2 compliance is a core priority for ONRAMP. We take data security seriously because we know your shop's information is sensitive.

Not even other techs in the same service center can see each other's uploads. Two techs working the same procedure would each upload their own copy.
