Delete Your Account

ONRAMP is operated by OnRamp Innovations, Inc. ("ONRAMP," "we," "our," or "us"). You can request deletion of your ONRAMP account and its associated data at any time using the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@getonramp.io from the email address associated with your ONRAMP account, using the subject line "Delete my account."
  2. We verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email address, phone number), login credentials, voice-session transcripts, photos and documents you uploaded, and the job / repair-order data and app activity associated with your account.

What is retained

Records we are legally or contractually required to keep (for example, billing records held by our payment processor) and anonymized data that no longer identifies you. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
